The Radical Ashville, North Carolina Named one of the World's Greatest Places of 2025 by TIME ​ Reopened in October 2023, The Radical has quickly become a cornerstone of Asheville’s River Arts District. Fusing bold art, industrial charm, and rich history, it stands not only as a design-forward destination, but also as a symbol of resilience having weathered a devastating hurricane and rising to serve the community by sheltering first responders, providing free meals, and operating as a vital supply hub when it was needed most. We had the pleasure of collaborating with our dear friends at Suomi Design Works, whose visionary and eclectic interiors reimagined the space and set a new benchmark for boutique hospitality. Their design helped transform The Radical into a true destination. Source Direct was honored to provide custom framed showers, barn doors featuring antique mirrors, and tailored tracks and pulls, crafted to complement the vibrant energy and renewed spirit of this remarkable space. The Jay, Autograph Collection ​​​​​​San Francisco, CA ​The Jay, has quickly become a standout destination in San Francisco’s vibrant Embarcadero neighborhood, proudly joining the Autograph Collection. Its modern design blends refined sophistication with urban edge featuring clean architectural lines, high-end finishes, and thoughtfully designed spaces that reflect the energy and character of the city. Each room is outfitted with contemporary comforts and artistic touches that create a stylish yet inviting atmosphere. Complementing its stunning design, The Jay offers a thoughtfully curated selection of culinary experiences and signature beverages, making it not just a place to stay, but a destination to savor. Formerly known as Le Méridien, this remarkable conversion brings new energy and sophistication to a well-loved San Francisco location. We’re proud to have contributed to this exceptional property, a true gem in the heart of the city. Project Highlight: The Jay, featuring a total of 360 keys, showcases a diverse collection of curated styles designed by AvroKO & AXIS GFA. This includes solid wood vertically slatted doors, veneered bath entry doors, door locksets and hinges, metal door jambs, and aluminum-framed shower enclosures, among other high-quality elements. Custom features, such as reeded glass, were also incorporated into the design. These exceptional components were brought together by our dedicated Source Direct Team in collaboration with Continental Contractors and in partnership with KHP Capital.             ​​​​   ​​​​

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas ​​​​​​Indian Wells, CA The newly reimagined Grand Hyatt Indian Wells officially reopened in November 2024, unveiling a bold new identity following its transformation from the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa. The revitalized property introduces refreshed grounds, elevated design, and enhanced guest experiences, embracing an organic look that highlights the warmth, serenity, and timeless resort-and-spa ambiance of its desert setting. ​​​With a diverse collection of restaurants and family-friendly amenities, the resort offers a welcoming environment where relaxation, connection, and memorable experiences come naturally. It was a true pleasure for us at Source Direct to be part of this reimagination, contributing to the elevated design and guest experience. Project Highlight: Grand Hyatt Indian Wells, proudly unveils its transformation with 531 newly renovated guest rooms, including 26 luxury penthouse suites and 43 private villas. Thoughtfully refreshed by indidesign, the resort’s new look reflects the warmth and natural beauty of its desert surroundings. As part of this reimagining, Source Direct provided custom-designed wall paneling, extremely lightweight, seamless to install, and crafted without visible fasteners or anchors, ensuring a refined finish. This vision came to life through the commitment of our Source Direct team, in collaboration with Continental Contractors and in partnership with Oaktree Capital Management and Trinity Real Estate Investments.                                         Photography by: Taggart Sorensen
