Named one of TIME’s World’s Greatest Places of 2025, The Radical has become a cornerstone of Asheville’s River Arts District. Source Direct partnered with Suomi Design Works to deliver custom framed showers, antique-mirror barn doors, and specialized tracks and pulls matched to the space’s energetic character.
The reimagined 531-room resort — including 26 penthouses and 43 villas — reopened in November 2024 with a desert-warm identity led by Indidesign. Source Direct supplied lightweight custom wall paneling with seamless, fastener-free installation, alongside Continental Contractors and Trinity Real Estate Investments.
A 360-room conversion of Le Méridien on the Embarcadero, designed by AvroKO & AXIS/GFA. Source Direct provided wood-slat and veneered bath doors, locksets, hinges, metal jambs, aluminum shower enclosures, and reeded glass components, working with Continental Contractors and KHP Capital.
