We sell commercial projects catering to the Hospitality, Multi-Family, Senior Living, and Student Housing markets where the orders are typically in large quantities. Therefore, we do not sell to residential owners or homebuilders in small quantities.

Our panel systems will adhere to many wall surfaces. The panels are applied using a construction adhesive or silicone. If you would like more detailed information, please reach out to us directly via the contact page.

All of our cast marble products may be dry cut with a circular saw using a masonry blade or diamond blade.

We meet the Brand Standards for every brand. In addition to being a strategic partner of Marriott and a Hilton Supply Partner, we are the Brand Spec for both Hyatt and IHG properties. There is no flag or property that we would not be able to provide product for.

Our lead time varies based on your project and its needs. Our manufacturing lead time has been consistent and ranges from 45–75 days, or more if your project is custom. We estimate ocean freight delivered to the job site in the lower 48 is 30–40 days. Therefore, our lead times for standard product offerings are approximately 8–12 weeks, or more if your project is custom. We do not stock any finished materials and the clock does not start until Source Direct has received the following: PO/Contract, Deposit, and Signed Shops.

If we do not have your Model Room product in stock, our standard lead time is 45 days plus freight. The clock does not start until Source Direct has received the following: PO/Contract, Deposit, and Signed Shops.

We do not stock any material, and what we do stock is extremely limited and earmarked for Model Rooms.

Source Direct general warranties can be found under the Resources tab; however, your project’s warranties may vary from those. Source Direct warranties the materials that it manufactures and sells in accordance with the specific contract documents and authorized modifications agreed to for each project. For details regarding the product and material warranties for your specific project, please contact your designated Source Direct project manager.

We do not accept returns. Products are manufactured to your particular specifications, and we do not stock or store finished material/product.

We do not have dealers or showrooms throughout the USA. We sell only factory direct and have a showroom at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
