The Source Direct Granite Vanity Countertop Program is an all inclusive, flexible solution for the multi-family and hospitality industries. Our vanity program offers your organization the ability to purchase natural stone countertops that are competitively priced and simple for your maintenance staff or plumber to install. The program is comprised of (6) colors of natural granite that are pre-fabricated to fit the (4) standard lengths of 21” vanity cabinets. The vanity kit includes a porcelain under-mount sink that is permanently attached to the countertop at our factory. The faucet holes are pre-cut for any standard 3 piece faucets. Included with this kit are (1) each 4” backsplash and side splash. Each vanity kit comes packaged in a ridged cardboard carton padded with foam to minimize any possible shipping damage. This simple program will enable you to easily update your bathrooms without breaking the bank.

Provides you with the ability to affordably update your bathrooms with the purchase of a beautiful granite vanity top with attached under-mount porcelain sink. The ease of installation makes this product perfect for your maintenance staff as well as experienced contractors. Provides a custom made appearance without the cost of hiring a professional. The granite top is 22" deep and 3/4 inch thick and available in lengths of 25”, 31”, 37”, 49”. This product is simply removed from the carton and easily adhered directly to the top of any standard 24”, 30”, 36”, or 48” cabinet box.
Countertop Specifications
The Granite top is factory polished to a smooth gloss finish and is sealed for added protection. Vanity tops feature a square polished edge detail across the front edge, left and right sides, and around the oval bowl. Each side of the vanity has a squared edge to enable installation in different configurations. 4” high backsplash and (2) side splashes are included with the kit. Granite is a natural product and slight variations in color and finish may occur. 17”x14”x6” White porcelain sink pre-attached at the factory. Pre-cut faucet holes with 4” on center spacing.
