The Source Direct Process

Source Direct will work as a team with our client to identify the critical goals (pricing, quality, design, time frame) for each project. Once these goals have been established Source Direct will offer suggestions and alternatives to achieve these goals including, material selection, structural modifications, design and fulfillment options. When a final design has been set we will produce fully engineered production ready drawings for review and approval. This part of the process insures that the entire team understands what expectations have been established. Once production has begun Source Direct will personally manage the entire quality control process.

During production regular picture and production updates are provided. Source Direct builds redundancy into all of our manufacturing. In the event that we have a material supply issue or production limitation we are prepared with a backup plan. Additionally Source Direct orchestrates the logistics of moving the product to its final delivery location. When possible Source Direct personnel will arrange to meet the shipment at its drop off site to ensure proper handling of the product and to assist in an installation plan.
